RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on items that are unwashed and have the original tags and packaging.
Please Note:
Return requests must occur within 30 days of when the original order was received.
If the item you are looking to return was a part of a set or multi-piece pack, all of the items included must be returned.
Any promotional items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
Original shipping costs and “Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded.
New, unworn items, with tags still on them, are eligible for returns. If tags have been removed and items are defective or damaged, please contact customer care at support@themarshmallowmoon.com. (Someone will email you back within 24-48 hours) If tags have been removed and the product has been worn, we will not accept a return and no credit will be given to your original form of payment.
We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on themarshmallowmoon.com.
