Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on items that are unwashed and have the original tags and packaging. 

Please Note:

  • Return requests must occur within 30 days of when the original order was received.

  • If the item you are looking to return was a part of a set or multi-piece pack, all of the items included must be returned.

  • Any promotional items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

  • Original shipping costs and “Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. 

  • New, unworn items, with tags still on them, are eligible for returns. If tags have been removed and items are defective or damaged, please contact customer care at support@themarshmallowmoon.com. (Someone will email you back within 24-48 hours) If tags have been removed and the product has been worn, we will not accept a return and no credit will be given to your original form of payment.

  • We only accept returns for eligible products purchased on themarshmallowmoon.com.

  • Personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is an error that doesn’t match your order. For questions, please contact customer care at support@themarshmallowmoon.com
